About Me

I was introduced to GIS during my undergraduate years at the University of West Florida. My BA is in Anthropology, with a focus on Archaeology. During my time at UWF I used GIS to analyze excavation sites and interpret the significance of artifact distribution at an industrial mill complex.

As a graduate student at the University of Utah my research areas focus on agriculture and the application of GIS in agriculture. I use spatial data to analyze issues such as soil quality, soil management, and site analysis for potential new farms among other topics.
